Most patients with 2-4 veneers experience little to no pain after a dental veneer procedure. Patients with 8 or more veneers, however, may feel slight soreness in their gums and jaw. This mild discomfort is typically resolved with over-the-counter medications.
Although dental veneers involve removing an extremely thin layer of enamel to reshape your teeth, they do not ruin your natural teeth at all.

The final steps involve removing any excess cement, checking your bite and making any needed adjustments.
